Many people wonder why some people make it a goal in life to wake up early. Not early as in eight in the morning, but early as in before six in the morning. To some people this is just ludicrous, to them this is viewed as valuable time that you could be sleeping. However, there are several benefits to waking up early and the biggest benefit would have to be it gives you the alone time that you may need to get a few things done. Who benefits from this? Pretty much anyone, but women, especially mothers, find this to be some of the best time of the day.
Take for example the mom of two, if she gets up when she gets her kids up she is going to be rushing to do things for them. Throughout the day she may spend her time cleaning the house, doing laundry, running errands for her family or doing the grocery shopping. Once she gets the kids back from school, she is bombarded with homework questions, after school sports practices, making dinner and getting everyone, including her husband ready for the next day. When does the mother ever get to stop and take a breath? Exactly, if she does this day in and day out chances are she is going to feel as if she never has time for herself, which is true.
So the option that most women have found to be beneficial is waking up early. Then, they have a few hours to themselves in which they can rewind, get pumped up for the upcoming day and do those things that she may never have time to do before. For example, work out, read a book or just have a cup of coffee without the yells from kids and clatter of dishes in the sink. For those who are not mothers, you can still enjoy this time, as it is the time before battling traffic to get to work and hearing from co-workers.
Basically you should view this early morning time as a time of tranquility. One of which those who choose to embrace have a completely different outlook on life after doing so.
